war stories part 2I was wrong about my horselaugh moment yesterday. It wasn't when J. told me Ms. K took off 10 points for not centering the title of his graph. Although that was pretty hilarious I must say. No. It was when J. told me Ms. K taught them volume and area of solids, even though it "wasn't on the curriculum" [question: we have a curriculum? second question: are parents allowed to see it?] The reason she was teaching them volume and area of solids even though it wasn't on the curriculum was "to get a head start on next year." I HONKED WHEN I HEARD THAT. I couldn't help myself. If I'd been drinking coffee I would have snorted it out my nose. war stories war stories part 2 war stories part 3 no more pencils no more books war stories part 4 -- CatherineJohnson - 23 Jun 2006 Back to main page.
